Thailand’s Siam Cement Group (SCG) has seen a six per cent YoY drop in revenue to THB105bn in the first quarter of 2020. Profit decreased 40 per cent YoY to THB6.97bn, due to the declining performance of its chemicals business on the back of decreased product margins. Thailand's Siam Cement Group has reported a 13.9 per cent YoY increase in sales revenue from its Cambodian operations in 2019, rising to US$451m from US$396m in the previous year. Siam Cement Group (SCG) is looking to roll out its Procure to Pay blockchain solution for payment and procurement methods to 2400 suppliers by 2020, according to the Bangkok Post. Thailand’s Siam Cement Group (SCG) announced a six per cent YoY rise in sales revenue to THB478.4bn (US$15.3bn) for 2018.
